They sent me the playtest for the wrong platform

First of all, I apologize for the off-topic message, but I think this is the only place where I can talk about my problem. I received the email about the game's playtest today, but it was for a platform I don't have access to (PC), so please EA, I would like you to send me the game key for the PS4/PS5 version if possible please, i'm so excited to play skate.
