Went to Download my Skate. playtest and ran into problems

I redeemed my code, but the redeem button just spun around and around. I went to cancel my redemption and try again, but when I entered the code it was said it was already used. The “purchase” is in my transaction history for Playstation, but there is no where I can go to download the closed Alpha. Is there anything I can do to actually be able to download the game?

Anyone know who I could contact at EA to talk about this?
