What timezone is skate playtest?

Just wanna ask coz it vaguely 2pm with no timezone for everyone. Anybody know what 2pm they’re talking about?

    Its probably Vancouver time which would be 9PM GMT. Thats the time they have used previously when stating times.

Hi guys, I'm in Brazil. I went to the playtest website and it said I don't have any, but what can I do? I really want to play. I've been waiting for this day since last week.??
