Why they email everyone and then not approve all of them

Why would they send out the email and directions of getting the code and download it they just don’t approve. Why not just send it to the only people able to play it so it’s not just putting bait rig...

also the **bleep** friend invites, like am I even gonna get to play if I got invited by my friend? Also, im on console!! Thats like double bad luck.
