Why they email everyone and then not approve all of them

Why would they send out the email and directions of getting the code and download it they just don’t approve. Why not just send it to the only people able to play it so it’s not just putting bait right in front of your face. Wish I could play, hope you guys have fun

    Guys, it seems to be some kind of problem with the console Playtesters. Havent heard of anyone receiving the email, so its not unapproved, but some kind of problem
