Will PC players get info on how to move to a new client?
Are we just supposed to delete the current build and re-download on our platform of choice (EA/Steam)?

If you're going to continue to play on the EA app, it'll just be an update for what you already have installed. If you're going to play on Steam or really any other platform than the one you were already on, you'll need to link that platform's account to your EA account and then install it when it goes live in like 13 hours.
