Wrong platform for playtest

I got a code that ive been waiting for but its for ps5 and not xbox??? Im still gonna use it but why didnt i get xbox code?

So I recently got accepted into the playtest for PC but I don’t own one. I meant to sign up for Ps5 and must have made a mistake when signing up. Someone on reddit had mentioned the forums and said I should make a post… is there any way I could switch my code for a PS5??

I've signed up for the playtest starting July 2. I also got an email with download instructions, but the thing is that my preferred platform is set to PS5, and I didn't receive a download code, only PC instructions. What should I do?

Hello, just to make myself understood, I got invited to the skate. playtest (meaning that I already have access and I'm not trying to beg for a code for nothing). But I got invited on PC when I selected PS5 as my platform of choice. I don't know why, but I got invited on PC and I can play it on PC right now.

But the problem is that my PC is not strong enough for this game and I want to enjoy it at it's fullest. Could you please take off the game from my PC account and provide me with a PS5 code ? I already talked with people from Sony and they have told me that only you can provide me with a PS5 code.

Please verify to see that I am not lying and that I am in fact a play tester on PC. I just want to enjoy the game on my PS5.

I don't see a problem in helping me with a PS5 code since I am already a play tester but I just want to change my platform, that is all.

I have the same issue, I posted on here 30 minutes ago about this. I hope they can help us with a PS5 code and take off the playtest from our PC accounts.

I’m on PlayStation and have my account linked but once I got approved for skate they sent me a pc version for it. Anything I can do?

I mean I’m waiting on console or pc so like if your trying to give away that pc code let me know 

It's tied to your ea account. You can't do that.
