    Hello, everyone. Make sure you look at this post regarding getting a wrong code. Also, codes cannot be swapped. They can only be used by the account they are sent to.

On July 2nd I got an email with my code for the next wave of playtesting for Skate. At the end it says "Below you will find instructions on how to download and access the playtest on your Xbox, then all directions are for PS5 and PS App. I was in the first playtest on PS5 and do not even own an Xbox. When I enter the code I get the error "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid" but shows "Skate. Closed Alpha" at the bottom. Looking for anyone at EA that can help me as the EA Chat was unable to. I have added screenshots below of the email having the wrong console then correct instructions as well as the error code.
