After Dark DLC Skate 3 needed back.

Hi there, i recently had to swap my PS3 and had to re-download the dlc for skate 3 that i purchased. But the after dark dlc is missing and i used so many pieces in so many of my beloved parks that i can no longer access.
I know theres nothing happening in the skate series at the mo but this is one of my favourite games in the world and i'll be devestated if i can't get back into my parks. Please please help ea, is there anything you can do?

    @dylans_so-evil2 

    Your previous purchases should be available for download as long as you are using the same PSN ID.
    Other than that you have to make sure your base game and the DLC are from the same region in your console store.

    That being said, I think there is a limitation but you can deactivate your previous system if you want.

    Access purchased content on a different PlayStation 3

    Most content purchased from the PlayStation Store can be accessed from different PlayStation 3 systems (such as your friend's PlayStation 3) using the Sony Entertainment Network account that purchased the content.

    Maximum Number of Systems

    There is a maximum number of systems that can be activated with one account which differs depending on the content.
    These limitations do not apply to the PS4 as it employs a different method of content management.

    For purchased/downloaded content before November 17, 2011 the number of systems for activation is:

    • For Game Content - Five (5) PS3 and/or portable systems

    • For Video Content - One ⚽ PS3 and up to Three 🏀 portable systems

    As of November 18, 2011, number of systems for activation is:

    • For Game Content - Two 🏈 PS3 and/or portable systems

    • For Video Content - One ⚽ PS3 and up to Three 🏀 portable systems

    If you exceed this amount, you'll need to deactivate a system and then activate the new system. Click here for information on how to activate/deactivate a system.

    To access your Sony Entertainment Network account on a different PS3:

    1. Create a new local User Account on the other PS3 system. (Users icon (Users) > [Create New User])
    2. Go to PlayStation Network icon (PlayStation®Network) and select Sign Up icon (Sign Up for the PlayStation Network).
    3. When the screen prompts you highlight "Use an Existing Account" and press the X button icon button.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to associate your Sony Entertainment Network account with the new (i.e., your friend's) PS3 system. Once this step is complete, it will bring you back the XMBTM home menu where you will be able to access your PlayStation Store Download List.

    I cant find the after dark dlc for xbox 360
