Are the skate 3 servers completely shut down? (Xbox 360)

I have been trying to get parks on Skate 3 for ages now and all it says is that I cannot connect to the online service, are the Skate 3 servers shut down or are they just temporarily off? I am aware that it is available for Xbox One as well

    You have the sharepack dlc downloaded?

    na bro like ea servers are weird

    like the sharing parks downloading parks clips and pictures + team and news stuff has been down for a while but online services work

    but i just went on today to go online and it says ea nations is down at the moment

    so like people can still play online and stuff but just ea servers are so weird...

    also i found a way to get skate create even tho silly ea staff shut down the website LOLOLO
