Artsy Fartsy Achievement, Skate 3

In the announcement of skate.reel and skate.graphics servers going, u said Artsy Fartsy Achievement is still obtainable, I've been looking for weeks on how as I keep getting the message that ea nation is down at the moment. Could you share with me how to get this? As it's the only online one I need, well this and the 6 team member free skate, (anyone on Xbox that could help would be great, my gamer tag is: c0dename batman (with a zero)

Also for those still searching, the sellout achievement is obtainable, what u have to do is down a friends character that has a custom logo on it, then click edit skater, and pop, u have it
