Game Session No Longer Exists / Online service

Hello there,

I 've been having problems to connect Skate.reel, skate.park, profile and all things related to team modes. About 3 weeks ago, I could play without issues, but now it's really impossible to connect this features. I already tried many solutions that were informed here like: clear cache, re install share.pack, connect and reconnect Origin and PSN accounts, but nothing solve the problems and  I still getting the message " Problem connecting EA online Service" when I try to connect my profile and team info or when I try to watch other players content like photos and videos.

I see there are so many people with same problem on PS3 and Xbox, I know 6 more people that have a disc copy on PS3 (like me) and are experiencing the same issues. So I think could be some kind of update problem, because about 3 weeks ago, I could play without big problems.

Could you help guys? Or give us some information about it ? If it's a problem that you are having on servers or if you shut down the servers related to this features definitely?

• Did you reinstall the Skate Share Pack: Yes I do. On PS3 there's no way to download the share.pack on PSN, but the game looks like to download it automatically, when connect looking for updates.

the problem we have is that, when we start the game, after some loading and after the first loading screen with the Skate 3 logo on it, we get this message:

"Cannot connect to the EA servers"

The game starts normally and we can play basic online. But we cannot make a team (avoiding us to get two achievements) and also cannot rate and share stuff (affecting a few other achievements).

Basically, we can't fo anything related to the EA servers. Thus, we cannot unlock some of the online achievements my group and I are hunting for.

We have tried all the suggestions and nothing seems to work.

We have seen this problem in the past 5 days. But most of us started the game right now so don't know how it was earlier.

It was announced that in April 2013, some of the online features went down. But surprisingly, people have still been able to unlock all of the online achievements since then. So that means that those features didn't go down till at least the 24th of September of 2014, when, according to TA tracked gamers, those achievements were last unlocked legitimately.

We are playing on 360.

A mixture of digital and physical copies. Some downloaded on sale and some not. There are different cases but all of them suffer the same scenario. Not being able to connect to the EA servers.

What I want to know is if you can fix tis problem or if the servers are down forever now, thus, avoiding us from unlocking those achievements.

That's right I am trying to find the common factor here, but so far there isn't one.

And yes, even though skate.reel has been retired, you should still be able to share content in-game.

i got my games with the deals with gold but when i play i cant play online with my friends

• Additional information you'd like to mention:  As you know this entire issue is frustrating for everyone. Of course. I'd hate to leave 'well enough' alone. I'd appreciate EA Najat (spelling) to post asking if there are people currently able to play it online. What their current setup is for all those who are able to play it together (if any).
  
  It's amazing to see the somewhat of a cult following for Skate 3. All the loyal players.
  
  Skate 3 is still in my top 5 favorite games to play. Mainly freeskate to unwind after a long day. As a father and husband, not having real time to game anymore, Skate 3 still remains loved by me over the last 4 years. I hadn't played it online in a good two or three years, but recently my wife expressed her interest in it, asking me to buy her a copy two weeks ago. Instead I bought the digital copy for my system. I was concerned whether or not the servers would still be up or not, so I borrowed a copy from my brother in law for her system.  (A week later the Digital copy went on sale for $10. I bought it for $20) We then bumped into these issues when we tried to play it together. 
  
  Note: As I previously mentioned in an older post - My digital copy of the game has extreme loading times from time to time. As well as after completing some missions (so far in the industrial areas near the cranes... The demo and Own the Lot so far, The game will immediately freeze my xbox completely once it begins to load back into the game.
