Linking PC Account to XBox

I'm wondering if this is at all possible:

I used to play the skate's on XBox.  However, for this skate. release I was going to play on PC since I don't have a new-gen console.  I then noticed it's out for the Xbox One (which surprised me) and I figured playing there would be cool - but it never gave me the opportunity to log into my EA account!

Does anyone know how I can detach whatever EA account it's on and log back in so I can take advantage of cross-progression?
