Make a setting for disabling props entirely

I feel like now that players are realizing that props are a spawn-able thing, i feel like they grief every server; sure, you can disable their props one by one but it's annoying to keep doing over and over again. Especially if there's multiple people doing it

So why not a setting to turn them off for you entirely across every server? This wouldn't disable your own props, but just other players. Im sure it would make a much better experience. (especially for those who just want to do the Even Flow thing at the church)
