My Skate 3 didn't come with a DLC code?

I recently bought a Skate 3 on October 30th for my birthday and I bought it from skate.ea's trusted buyer/seller on Amazon and I just realized it didn't come with a DLC code?

 

I read somewhere they stopped putting them in the get  games because they stolen or something?

 

Any ways to get a DLC code?

    Please contact an EA Games Advisor fexplaining your issue and an advisor will be able to investigate this for you.

    I can't guarantee that it will be a positive answer however.
