No update on ps3 broken trophy ‘gone viral’

Hey, it’s been over 3 weeks since the last update about progress on fixing this broken trophy. It still isn’t unlocking for anyone. Hoping the community manager can update us on progress of this ‘flag issue’. We have been left completely in the dark since for updates
