because EA views its customer base as a number rather than individuals. once that number 'dwindles' the remaining people arent even people anymore. that's why. when we talk about EA the only thing that matters to them is getting that sweet sweet mullah in their greedy pockets. EA should seriously take some pointers from Valve and other companies that actually care about their customers' satisfaction rather than just pretending to be sympathetic and then doing NOTHING about it.

also, the only reason they are taking away online passes is because they are going to make much more money double dipping your used games. so they are trying to make it look like they are finally coming to their senses, but actually just becoming decieving.
