I'm on a digital copy of skate 3 (xbox360), and I am also trying to get that stupid team practice achievement.
When I start the game, it wont load my skate feed, page is not availble at this moment...this moment has lasted days.
I get the same message when I try to do anything under online team (create team, team finder, and my invites), or try to view my online profile, and i cant view any community content it just says unable to connect to skate online service. I have redownloaded the skate share pack which does nothing (I know it was installed fine before so that was a long shot). I can however join ea nation and online matches.
I just want to create a team, and have things work long enough to finish this - any clue how to make that work?
Okay, I have checked your account (I am referring to the one you are posting with) and it seems that you did not link your GamerTag to your Origin ID unless you have another Origin Account.

Please rest assured that I am not ignoring you, I am trying to assist as much community members as possible.
Have you had the chance to reinstall the Skate Share Pack?
For some reasons, some players cannot find it in the PlayStation Store but it could be due to the region selected in the store.
Can you try to redownload it please, make sure it's properly installed.- Anonymous11 years agoYea, I did it twice. Nothing changed.
I connected Origin with PSN for few times, nothing.
I cleared console data cache of Skate 3, DLC's,reinstalled Share Pack, nothing.

Gave it a shot:
"Oops…that account has already been linked to a different Origin ID. To review your linked accounts, select Account and Privacy from theOrigin menu."
Now this doesn't make much sense to me considering sometime at the beginning of January I was able to access all those features for almost a whole day - so I assume if that would prevent it, it would have done so then... the only thing I've done since was change my origin password and clear the cache on my xbox. Also - I have never had another Origin ID. Dunno if it'll help, but gamertag is:x Vans x
*apparently linked accounts are in the about me section, no accounts linked - yet it used to mysteriously work

Alright, so I contacted EA support through chat last night in an attempt to properly link MY origin with MY xbox live account. That took 4 hours... 4 hours of my life. I don't know if I can even summarize those 4 hours, but have been asked to wait until Monday (when their 'specialist team' will be in) so they can basically undo what they did and go from there.
My actual origin account now uses a different email address of mine to login, the old login email now accesses a strange new origin account that is basically blank, but linked to my gamertag. They for some reason wanted to switch the email I use for logging to xbox live to the same email address as my origin account had before, and as a result that same email leads to a NEW microsoft account (which is blank and appears to not be linked to any xbox profile)... so that only gave me errors trying to login to xbox live that way - which I don't think they believed even when I copy/pasted the error because I was basically told to do the same 2 things repeatedly and get nowhere for at least an hour. (I can still login to live using my original information at least, even though they seem to think that I am a moron and it actually now uses my other email address)
So now I have to wait until Monday so they can "interchange the email to its original state".
Great... I never wanted to change its original state and questioned doing that to begin with.... I just wanted an achievement. At this point my head hurts and thinking of customer support makes me want to cry in a corner. Consider this partially as venting but also an update for EA support helping on this page, because I am pretty positive that due to any changes the EA chat representative(s) has made, I wont be able to receive any further help from here and have to wait on their 'specialist team' now. /end rant
***Round 3 - another hour and a half on chat.. whatever they did I was instructed to give it 2-3 hours to take effect... about 8 hours later I can no longer access EA nation or any online features. I can't even tell if the servers should be working right now or if they just screwed it up for me specifically while they were "fixing the problem" ...the chat rep for round 4 has a lot of catching up to do :/
- Anonymous11 years ago'Specialist team'? That's a joke because EA can't even handle problems of their customers, and this subject has 10 pages and maybe few people luckily solved the problem.
EA, here's an advice:
Fix your servers instantly and stop copy-pasting the same ways of solving the problems that stopped working few months ago, because I and other people are trying to get help and already did all of your solving solutions for those connection problems, or just delete team/online/reel options and unlock the TEAM trophies to random freeskates, can't you make a one simple patch that fixes problem? Because all of us get the same noticement.
EA, wake up! We're not 3-yo babies!
