Skate 3 physical copy, unable to connect to online service when trying to look at parks or footage on the skate reel. Everything I go to it just says that.

I have the share pack and the digital copy and am trying to play with my friend who has the physical copy and the share pack and I'm still getting the "game not available" message. HELP
