Skate 3 park community promblem( PLEASE ANSWER)

Hello! My name is Marko. J have a problem. When I try to download parks then it says" Unable to connect skate online services". Can you tell me how to download parks?

    Hey man it's 2018 I wanna know why I can't download parks on PS3 my gamertag is GANGSTA3LOOD all caps can someone explain WTH is going on????

    ea given up on this game the only reason why the servers are still up is 1 it makes a little income 2 there would be a public out cry
