Skate 3 TEAM and skate.reel servers not working

Hello!  For the past 10 days or so, I have been unable to successfully connect to the skate.reel servers to upload and download photos, videos, skate parks, etc.  Also, the team functionality is not working.  Any attempt to Join a Team, See your own Team Page, Create a Team, etc. is unsuccessful.  You will always get a message stating that you cannot connect to the servers.  I am not the only one who is having this issue.  A group of 8 of us tried to play the game this past week and we all hit the same error from different geographical locations.

Much of the other online functionality still seems to be working.  I can login and do ranked sessions solo against other players.  I can even join my existing team in a freeskate lobby, but much of the other stuff is not working.

I am playing this game on the Playstation 3 system.  As there are trophies associated with many of the online features that are not currently working and I would like to obtain them, is there anyway these servers could be fixed please??

    That's helpful, thank you for the details.

    Just so you know, some skate.reel features have been removed a while ago so, I just  wanted to make sure you are not trying to use these features because they won't work. Although Skate.Reel has been retired, the content can still be shared within the game.

    It is also not working for me and im on Xbox 360, Will this problem be fixed because it has been like this for a very long time for me and i cannot download Community parks, and i cannot see other team profiles and i cannot go online. I have had this issue for a long time, please say this is being Fixed.

    I have only been playing the game for a few weeks and just tried using the Team and skate.reel functions around 10 days ago.  The other parts of the online still seem to function OK, but not the team stuff and upload/s/downloads of community created material.

    I do have the Skate Share Pack downloaded through the in game menu if that was going to be a follow up question. 🙂

    According to the trophy tracking website that I use (PSNProfiles.com), people were able to regularly earn the trophies for uploading/rating of community items up until July 12th/13th, which is around the time I tried using it for the first time.  No one has apparently been able to earn those trophies since then, which would lead me to believe that this issue is common amongst all players.

    One more thing to note.  There also seems to have been a hard stop on the viral trophy 'Gone Viral' which is obtained for playing online with another player who has already earned this trophy.  Several of the people I played online with on Saturday 7/18 had this trophy, but I did not receive it.  PSNProfiles.com shows that between 1-5 people received that viral trophy in Skate 3 each and every day in July up until July 12th and then no one has received it since.  Not sure if that's a related issue, but maybe it will help in troubleshooting,

    Thanks for the info!

    It appears that this morning everything is back up and working.  The skate.feed news info loads when launching the game, which wasn't happening over the last 10 days.  I can also go to my teams page and join/leave/create teams.  Also, the skate.reel menu option pulls up content to download and rate, which wasn't happening before.  So, not sure what the fix was...but thanks!!!!

    Is it also working for you today?

    We believe this issue is now fixed.

    If you can, please try downloading community parks and let us know how it goes.

    We'd like to have some confirmation from players.

    And were back now to the 'Problem Connecting to EA Online Service' message when trying to go into the 'Manage My Team' page...or into the skate.feed section.  Both of which worked this morning (around 6 :30 AM EST)

    The community content in skate.reel still seems to be coming up the same as it was this morning, but the team functionality on the PS3 has reverted back to being unusable.
