Skater stuck in the setup position

My skater is always stuck in the "Set-Up" position. Also when off my board, my camera is stuck down. I don't know if it's something with my controller, or my xbox, but please help.

Hello @HeyItsDesy 

Have you tried to restart your console? Are you using the standard Xbox 360 controller? Does your controller works fine in any other Xbox game?
