I can't buy credits on STEAM

I am trying to buy credits in brazillian steam and I use MasterCard(Nacional) it accept the payment, but when I close the STEAM page in the game it only give two options: cancel payment or continue payment(but I already paid) the only way to get out is to cancel, and when I enter the game it say the payment was canceled.
