Skate. crashing on Xbox Series X after main menu

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the game Skate. on Xbox Series X.
The game starts normally and reaches the loading screen, but after the main menu appears, it closes by itself.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists — it keeps closing every time I try to access it.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
