@decimal4000 yes... tryed to clean the cache also. as someelse here said, i dont want to uninstall epic because i fear my other games' data will also be lost
i am really frustated

As far as I know, deleting the Epic Games Launcher doesn't rid game data, all that is stored separately in the game files themselves. However, don't quote me on that.
