What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug After the last couple of Galactic Assault matches, I did not receive any credits, even tho I had many battlepoints earned in the match.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? IAmCassius
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01-24-2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, you tell me. If I play a match on multiplayer Galactic Assault this happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the match at the progress screen, I wont receive any credits even tho I have earned many battlepoints in that game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a couple hundred credits after each game or level up.

@IAmCassius Hi, thanks for the post. We are looking into these reports. Fortunately these generally appear to be visual bugs, and folks seem to be getting their credits, but I want to be sure of course.
If you notice this starting to happen again, can you check your credit balance before and after a few matches?
If you have a precise timestamp (with timezone) for a match that reportedly gave 0 credits, that may also help.

@EA_David It's not only a visual bug, as mentioned in the other post - you really don't get the credits at the end of the round. They also aren't awarded after a game restart.

I have been having the same problem and it's affecting starfighter assualt as well. Happened twice in a row yesterday so i stopped playing and then it just did it when a played a game 10 mins ago. Please fix asap.

I had 1.488 credits before I went into match got no credits after match still only had 1,488 credits so in this case I do not believe it is a graphics issue, at least for me anyway, thanks for looking into it.

Been happening to me for a couple of days. I'm not the best player and I only get a couple kills per mach. If my kills/assists are low I don't get credits. Really starting to make me not want to play. Spending 10-15 min on GA and not getting any money is ridiculous. I don't know if this was to solve the rubber band problem or what, but for us players that aren't that great but play the whole match it's a game killer. Please fix this ASAP.

I just had this happen again! I started Galactic Assault from the very beginning of the game, played the whole way through, scored over 4200 points, received ZERO credits!!!!
