I'm having the exact same issue. I have a GTX 1070 and use a 4K TV. When the game first came out I had no issues, then one week later I had this green and purple screen issue when I play in fullscreen or borderless 4K at 60hz. The problem goes away if I lower the resolution or refresh rate. I've tried multiple HDMI cables and another 4K TV, same problem.
I have had this issue with other games recently too, though they have fixed themselves somehow. As of now, the only game I can't run in 4K at 60hz is SWBF2. Could it be a recent driver or windows update? And perhaps specifically with setups that use a TV as a monitor? From my googling around, TVs seem to be troublesome when used as a monitor.

I've just found a fix for it! Disable the Game Bar in the Windows 10 gaming settings.

It's 2021 and this issue still persists, though it's not limited to EA games. I just encountered the same problem with Doom Eternal and this solution fixed it. Another awesome Microsoft 'feature'!
