A friend of mine cant buy crates

Hi,

a friend of mine cannot buy crates period... aka cant spend ingame credits to purchase them, and also cant buy them with crystals.

The option to get more crates using any currency is not loading. See picture.

All other games are working correctly. He has the problem since two days. And changed nothing.

He cant write in english, so i write for him.

    Another friend has the same internet provider Pyur. So my first friend called them and they ll look at it. Three hours later it works again at both friends.

    Also: He can find games. But if he see the planet loading screen, it disconnects with error: 224

    Arcade mode is also weird. Sometimes it works, and sometimes the map is finished and then error code 2446 cant connect to store message.

    Did he/she try to repair the game ? Did he/she use mods before the patch ? He should try to repair the game and if it's not work i think he should re-install the game.

    Yes, he tried to repair and re-install. Doenst work.
