Tried it and yep its still there.
Installed the patch released today, and no change...still there.
Although, I'd imagine this has more to do with the profile that gets synced from Origin than the core game itself.

If you hop into Galactic Assault, and use that weapon, can you constantly hit the Walker? If you can do this, and bring video evidence, it'll be patched faster.
Heres a couple vids. You'll notice i try to keep from getting shot...this is because once i die I am unable to use it again in the match...and once used I cannot use it again either.
