Account Desync

I recently logged back into my Battlefront 2 and my entire account is desynced and refuses to resync. As shown in the attachment, my character level is accurate but the game isn't recognizing the cha...

    @DarthFDG This, in fact, did not yield any solution. I have to fully restart the system as the Desync between console generations with a link to a EA account caused something EA support could not help with, or simply did not want to help with. I reached out many times, and they said there was nothing they could do.

@Bigscraps Even though my characters are above level 50, it is saying they are level one for the equip cards

OK. Then, EA support may be your best path forward (believe it or not). They may have to do something to your account.
