It looks like the problem is that your PlayStation is already linked to an old, disabled EA account, and not the one that you're currently using. That's not something we can help with here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they should be able to help you relink your PlayStation to your active EA account.
You can also try reactivating the account by resetting the password that was originally on the account, but if you don't remember that (Or if you're certain you do but it's still not working) then I'd recommend going the live support route.
