Alien Skins Not loading

Summarize your bug Sometimes when loading into the game as a standard character the alien skin that I have selected to be my skin doesn't load and I just load in as a human character instead. Next time that I die I spawn in as like a twi'lek again for the specialist class because that is the actual alien skin I have selected to load in as for the specialist class.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load in as a standard character and change your character around a lot and maybe it will appear.
What happens when the bug occurs? My standard character alien skin doesn't load and I instead load in with a human character skin, until I die and respawn again.
What do you expect to see? I expect to load in as a standard character and have my alien skin load onto my character instead of the basic human skin.
