    @cemplonmoe you need to make sure you can see hidden files.

    But latest version of origin should have solved this.

hey I'm having the same exact problem with the new version of origin do you know what may be the issue?

    Could you try to turn on "Participate in Origin technical previews" and see if that help @TOASTATA123 

    Its under Origin > Application Settings.
