All my progress is gone

Hello all, im playing since 2017 started on PS4. in 2020 i switched on PS5 but my progress was still here... until 2-3 weeks ago my progress seems to be gone but it's weird. In the game menus, my progress is show right (except my RANK that go from 50 to 6) but when i start a game, everything is back lvl 1, lost my cards... even my campain progress is gone

I never changed my EA Account it's the same since 2017. Never unlinked ea account. Even unistall a install the game a few times. Even go back on the PS4 and the problem is exactly the same.

Tried to clear the cache on PS5, problem still here.

Tried EA Help (france) a few times but they understand nothing
