All progress lost in Star Wars Battlefront 2

Logged into the game about a year after taking a hiatus from all the annoying bugs and server problems to see my whole account was reset for seemingly no reason? I've talked to support and they told me nothing can be done about it. over 200 hours and 2 years of progress gone in an instant.
