All progress reset to pre-solo update levels

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: My level de-ranked from 44 to 39
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. This is very irritating to have my levels reset. This is the main problem with my personal rank
How is this making it more difficult? I am aiming for the platinum trophy for Star Wars Battlefront II on Playstation 4 and down leveling is really irritating.
How can we reproduce this experience? I don't know

I have all my star cards and skill points, but my Chewbacca at level 31 down leveled to level 25, but his Star Cards and skill points were still intact. The same with Darth Vader, he was at level 40 (the maximum level you can achieve with a hero) to level 35. And leveling down from 44 to 39 is really irritating since I play this game for hours. Please help me with this issue. And I deserve to be bumped up to level 49 because of this inconvenience.

  I have the same problem ! I've lost a lot of leveling with ALL my heroes ! My Lando was lvl 31 and now he is 14 ! My Emperor Palpatine was 26 now he is 15 ! And when I earn a lvl with a hero, I don't earn any skill points...
  
  This bug is affecting only my heroes because I've played heroes mods only since one week
  EDIT :
  The bug seems to affect playable characters depending on how long you've been playing them on the previous days. I've played Lando Calrissian very much and he is my heroes who have lost most levels (16!!). On the contrary I've note played Leïa Organa or Iden Versio and they haven't been affected by the bug. And as I said previsouly, I didn't play assaut galactic mod or other soldiers and vessels mods so soldiers, vessels, executors, etc are not affected by the bug too...
  Please fix this bug quicly this is really discouraging...

  i had a similar problem where all my heroes and troops went all the way down to zero. it is hard to get a level 20 Han, then start over.

    I even talked to an EA administrator, and they said they are going to fix it, but I need to know before I start up my game again

  I have the same issue, both troopers and heroes have been leveled down - playing on Xbox one.

  I got my Heavy class levels rollback. I took a while until i noticed but level went from 22 or 23 to around 15. All the cards i had already upgraded stayed as they were but class kills went back too.

I was playing got my character assault to level 26 and now while I was playing in between matches and now I'm a level 16 assault. How can this get fixed. For the ps4?

  Seems like many of us have lost some progress. It appears not to be across the board.
  I lost more than 100k from my Veteran Bomber challenge … and several levels up appear to have gone astray??
  Today I levelled up Luke Skywalker's Starfighter but when I looked later there was no point available to upgrade a card.

    I've lost progress on everything apart from the Hero ship kills. Yet another problem that this car crash of a game has inflicted upon its users. It's getting silly now, I've even dropped near enough 5 levels and that's not to mention the 15 levels I've lost on my fighter class and heroes. On top of that I've lost lots of my hero kills and marked target hero kills. it's an absolute joke I don't even want to play now, I've been smashing it for 2 weeks for basically nothing. Great!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you go to any multiplayer mode and go back, the screen hgoes black and stays there forever. I just remember that I got rank 40 in my interceptor as a maximun rank....Its that what I remembered.... Every time I play I trie to do emoptes and dont get triggered In the 2nd gun for assault moide I got the 25 firts kills , but now for the second add I have just 6 kills or something like that.....
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen I can get out of the game... I cant trigger emotes..

New patch, downgraded all my units by 1 level and also my general Rank, guns progression Reset to 0 even if I had 25 or 50 kills for that gun, Emotes not working, Sometimes doesn't count kills in hero showdown, and black screen and stays loading, when I quit a game mode to return to main menu.

Yesterday, when I was playing SWBF2, I reached level 25 for Chewbacca (upgraded 3 cards to purple) and almost at 25 for Captain Phasma.

Today,
Chewbacca is at level 15...
Captain Phasma is at level 19...

Is this normal? I don’t think so.

  I've had the same issue, it seems any progress regarding xp and levelling up over the last 2 weeks has been wiped. I stopped playing for a few months because of previous issues with matchmaking and long arse loading screens. I've smashed it for 2 weeks for nothing basically, my fighter class has gone from level 22 down to level 6. What an absolute this game has been from release. Seriously considering not buying any EA releases in future if this is the experience we're to expect!!

    Today I’m at level 5.... I was at level 50 lol.
    
    & all my heroes/villains I had at max level (40) are now at 37..

This bug follows the level regression bug I was hit with. My previous bug report has also disappeared, which is discomforting...
If I cannot complete challenges and will periodically lose progress to your incompetence, I will be perfectly content to stop playing/supporting Battlefront 2.

Summarize your bug Like everyone else, I had issues yesterday with lost progress, class and hero ranks and kills. Logging on this morning, my career points and level has gone from 42 down to 20! How is that possible when during the big I was still at 43! I’ve all so had more taken off me today - all classes and hero’s have had any mid points now taken off ( plus what had been down ranked from yesterday) and kills have been reduced further from milestones! EA - what are you doing to the game?? You’ve undone hours and hours of hard work / grinding and instead of fixing the problem, you’re taking more off me. All I want to do is complete milestones and upgrade classes! Please fix and at least, respond to the forum posts At the minute, there is absolutely no point in playing if all and any progress is being ‘lost’

  Same here, the hero levels etc are fixed for me today. But now my career rank dropped from 50 to 27 or something.

Summarize your bug My class levels are still messed up after the fix. They are even worse than before. My Boba Fett was level 28 and now he is 32. My Bossk, Chewbacca, Vader, Palpatine, Han Solo, Iden Versio, Kylo Ren, Lando, Luke, Rey and Phasma were all level 40 and now they are all level 37. My Assault, Officer, Heavy, Specialist were all level 70 and now they are 69. My Enforcer and Aerial were 30 and now they are 21. My Armor was 30 and now it’s 25. My Artillery was 6 and now it’s 2. My Speeder was 24 and now it’s 25. Yoda was 28 and now he is 33. All my Hero Ships are messed up. I don't remember their exact level, all I know is they were all level 12 and above. Only Finn, Maul and my Fighter, Bomber and Interceptor are ok. My Global Rank dropped from 50 to 2.

Only Finn, Maul, Bomber, Interceptor and Fighter have the correct levels after the fix today. All of my other classes have lost or gained levels. Even my Global Rank dropped from 50 to 2. I've tried restarting my console, power cycling, shutting it of from the power supply and nothing works.
