Alt-Tab freeze and crash to desktop

So, in short, after last patch, always when i press alt+Tab,when i return to game with same alt+tab, game freeze and crash to desktop. Before patch it never happened to me, i don't know why but i think it;s not because of me or my PC, but only because of patch. I played beta, and game after release until first patch and it never happened to me but now, every time. I don;t know if anyone else have same problem but i think someone from EA should see this and do something. Thanks.
