am i able to link my PS4/PSN account to an XBOX 1 Account?

hello, I hope you guys are well and good

so I was curious about linking accounts through both PSN and Xbox because I just bought an Xbox and Star Wars Battlefront 2 and I didn't want to lose all my progress from my PSN so I was wondering if there was a way to link those two so I don't lose my progress
