An email from EA
I had a marketing email from EA the other day promoting BF 2. Which is fine. But I'm not sure using a quote from an "okay" IGN review to make it sound as if they loved it was a wise choice. (See Imag...
Of course, they choose a positive quote, that is nothing strange or wrong in any way 🙂
The quote is directly from this article, which is quite a positive one, not from the IGN game review. This article is almost a month older, from before the release, and the ad is probably also the same since the release. If the game had gotten lots of great reviews, they would probably have made a new ad with ratings on the ad to, like IGN 8/10!
All companies do this, no one would choose a negative quote on their ad 👿
Yeah, but the actual article that the quote is from is at least "good" as opposed to okay 🙂
