Are “small-scale” game modes active?

I’m personally not a big fan of large scale 40 player battles. I prefer things like 6v6, 8v8, or even 12v12 matches. Are game modes of those sizes easy to get into? Which ones? HVV? What about bla...

@COWZYOV For Xbox: HvV no sweat, Hero Showdown is a bit more tricky, but still a bit available. Blast is essentially 1v2s by now. Extraction and strike are a dream that has passed...sniff...(could have been avoided with MEMP). Hero Starfighters does not exist. Ewok hunt is as elusive as the ewoks themselves...but you can sometimes find them

I play in PC (Europe) and I play quite often Blast, Strike and Starfighter Assaul. In the afternoon / evening I can find games quite easily most of the time.

  In strike I’m only getting PT maps And it’s sad.. I need my Starkiller Blow up tie fighters or extraction on Kessel aaaa

I don’t have too much difficulty finding games, most of the time, on Xbox. I mostly just play Strike/Extraction (why couldn’t they have given us more than two Extraction maps? ☹️ ), GA, and Supremacy though, and occasionally Starfighter Assault, though I don’t always find a game there.
I suppose I’m not limited by having a strong preference for any one mode though (other than Extraction, but you know ...), so it I don’t get one, I don’t mind quitting and picking another.

  No. Even on PS4 you are lucky to find a lobby that doesn't completely clear out after just 1 or 2 rounds. And besides, the small modes are terribly balanced and repetitive.

  @J_Triangler Today I was able to find a game of strike, played 4 games and it was great - I’ve never played these smaller, more unique objectives before and it opened a new part of the game to me. But this is the first time in years I’ve been able to find a game of strike...
