Bad stuttering and underlying still images

Summarize your bug The game has bad stuttering and freezes a lot during the first minutes of gameplay. The CPU usage spikes to 100% while the GPU clock speed floats, probably causing the freezes. It also now has a very bad "ghosting" effect, I can't really explan it well but you can see what I mean in the screenshots.
