BATTLEFIELD AND BATTLEFRONT GAMES can crossplay between consoles?

Question

A lot of games nowadays are adhering to crossplay (cross-console) especially in 2022 some games I know are going to join crossplay, and that's amazing, I see few EA games with crossplay.., I would like to know if EA has plans to bring crossplay to Battefield and battefront, I use PS4 but I have friends on Xbox... I thank you for understanding this one.

@alefcmj Absolutley not. Look at all the complaints in the BF and SWS fora about PC cheats. I love we have a level playing-field with console and would only support this if corss-play could be disabled with no impact on numbers.

@alefcmj terrible idea...Look at the issues Star Wars Squadrons is having with PC stackers. Battlefront 2 on PC has a ton of hackers so I don't want those join console gameplay.
