Battlefront 2 - Campaign wont launch

Hello! 

Yesterday I bought and installed Battlefront 2. I wanted to play the campaign (and multiplayer of course but campaign first). 

I press single player -> campaign -> start campaign. And then it just keeps on loading, it's not stuck cause the little death star loading thingy is still loading. I waited 15 minutes and it still didnt load. 

After that I tried multiplayer, to see if that works atleast. It works but somewhat slow loading/exit time but its okay! 

So I began troubleshooting. I've reinstalled the game, turned off DirectX12, deleted the My Starwars Battlefront 2 folder in My documents but nothing of this has worked. I'am gonna see if a repair might work but I doubt it since I've already tried to reinstall the game. Both my motherboard and graphics card drivers are up to date. I tried to run the game as administrator too but the screen is just stuck after I press start campaign. I changed the graphics setting from low to ultra and it doesnt affect anything. 

My computer should be able to handle the campaign since multiplayer works without any trouble. 

What more can I do? I really wanna play the campaign. I read that cleaning origin cache might help? Anyway I'am gonna try to repair the game first, if that doesnt work I'll clear the cache and reinstall the game (again....). However if that doesnt work either then iam really out of options and dont know what to do. 

The game is on PC. 

Dont know if its needed but here are my specs:

MS-B09012
BIOS: 8.40 (type: UEFI)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Windows 10
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

GeForce RTX 2060

    Update: I repaired the game and eventually the campaign menu loaded. I waited about 20 minutes and then went on lunch and came back 40 minutes later so who knows how long it took to load can be 30-60 minutes. This is however way too long time!!

    Like I've already written DX12 is off... How come, and offense meaning, every thread I search on this problem either EA community managers simply dont respond or just say the same thing that doesnt work over and over. Maybe you should check in to this matter....

    However, for everyone looking for a solution to this problem:

    1) I reinstalled game, that did not work

    2) Turned off DX12, did not work

    3) Repaired game, did not work

    4) deleted my SWBF2 folder in the documents map, did not work

    Basically I just waited and after about 23 minutes the campaign launched... I feel really bad for the people having this issue and paid the original price of what, 50 dollars? Shame on you EA.

    The only solution is to turn on the campaign, go for a walk, eat lunch, watch a episode of ur favorite tv-show. 

    Multiplayer loads in 2 minutes and to every thread ive read... This is a game issue, not network or computer issue. Fix this *, how can you even not feel shame for charging people so much money and not have fixed this after all these years. Guess its just a typical moneygrab.

    By the way Atic, and the rest of the community managers, i can feel your pain too so, not personal with you, just against ur employer.

    I am on PS5 deff able to play some couch coop with it, but with single player campaign it let's me see achievements in Campaign but does not appear to offer the Campaign itself??

    Edit:  nvm I had to click single player mode first
