hi i am having the same issue pc specs are as follow
intel core i5 6600k overclocked 4.4
16gb ddr4 ram
gtx 1060 3gb
500gb harddrive
im running the nvidia optimization witch maxes everything on ultra and im getting 100 frames or more but sudden stuttering due to cpu usage maxing out at 100
