After completing missions in the campaign it claims I can go to the career section and open rewards. Well, so far I have only been able to open 2 of the rewards, I have so far today been unable to open the rewards for completing the campaign missions (500 credits, crates, etc.) It shows progress 1/1 But the "Claim Reward" button is grayed out and not allowing me to claim it.

I had this problem earlier.
Just run the game repair tool, then launch again - they should become active. If it's still not active, reboot computer/device and it should be active by then.

Apologies, I should have specified this was for the Xbox One version of the game, so I'm not familiar with the game repair tool. When I get home I'll verify if turning my console off for the night/day and restarting the game has fixed it.

Yes it seems exiting the game and turning the console off and coming back later the next day "fixed" it. Can't say for sure but that's all I did. Once I waited that time I went back and was able to get my rewards.

This has been happening to me. A couple of days ago, shutting down the game and rebooting the computer worked, but since yesterday, no dice. I've restarted the game, rebooted the computer, repaired, tried for updates, etc. After doing all of that multiple times I still cannot claim the rewards.
Anyone heard of any updates to this issue?
I'm sure if I paid I'd get credits. I played a couple of rounds in multi-player and credits were awarded. And they have that stupid cap on credits which only makes sense if they're trying to force you to buy some. I refuse to play until I can get the ones I should have received already.

This has been happening to me also, I grinded out my specialist kills today in order to unlock the NT 242 only to discover I can't unlock it.
I proceeded to try completing other milestones and I can't claim any of them.
This morning when I looked for help only 5 people had this problem, now this afternoon there's over 20 so this is clearly a new bug...

I'm trying to close out the new Ambush! and it seams to be stuck on 27/60 kills??? Also the new one - Cut the chatter is not registering any kills????
Seriously WTF???? EA - FIX or give the series to a company that can do this right!!!! WHAT A JOKE!

That this game is broken is 1 thing but that i cant claim my rewards is another thing. How hard is it to program such a simple thing ? Not 1 not 2 but about 4 rewards i cant claim.

Fix your * and make it fast.

I’m glad other people are having this issue, I literally have about 6 rewards waiting for me right now and I can’t claim them
