Hi I’m on PlayStation 4. I was looking to upgrade my game to the celebration pack and it said I already had it. I even deleted the game and I still don’t get everything in the pack. Help me please

MY FRIENDS I SOLVED IT IM XBOX TRY TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE DLC IN SW BATTLEFRONT II ADMINISTRATION THEN REINSTALL XBOX ONE AND WORKS
I have this problem as well where it’s says I have every thing installed and I still don’t get any of my skins or emotes
