I do not know if you tried these steps : to switching from DirectX 12 back to DirectX 11 and see if that works. Also see if switching from Borderless to Fullscreen maybe will fix this.
Now :
Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank
Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.
Restart your machine.
Perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
Go in Origin / My Game Library-right click on game icon ,select Repair and Update Game and now try to start your game.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).

It was already on Fullscreen, I did all of the steps you've suggested. Nothing is interfering with it in the background, the game is still crashing to desktop in the same spots. This is ridiculous.

Hi again @-501st-RavenG
Make sure your Firewall or Anti Virus is not blocking the Origin make the Origin folder an exception if your firewall/ Anti Virus. Restart Origin and repair the game. Manually add antivirus/firewall exclusions/exceptions for specific files/folders Origin/game ,or/and file extensions origin.ex/game.ex from scanning.(very important to do )
Edit : go in Origin / My Game Library -right click on game icon ,select Game properties -> here uncheck Enable Origin In Game for StarWarsBattlefront 2
if your issue persists after you show DXDiag here on forum, we'll see what to do.

Did the above suggestions, crashed to desktop within a minute of joining a match. Here's the DxDiag.

This worked! All I needed to do was right click on the game in the Origin library and choose Repair. I was having issues where the game would crash after starting single-player instance.

People like you always give the most pointless replies. Anyone with a shred of common sense has done what you have said a million times for other games. It's like "hey guys I want to be a part of something and feel good by helping people" .
The someone people that say:
update your drivers,
Close programs in the back ground,
Update windows,
Verify Files,
Use admin privilege's (Ya I think like 95% of people use their own computer by this point)
The truth is you never have any idea what is going on. You don't know if it's a persons cpu overclock, a corrupted system file, or malfunctions hardware. Nobody knows this because they REFUSE to implement crash logs for many of the bugs even years later.
"Oh I am just doing my best to help for people that may need it you don't have to read it"
What you are doing is pointless, just like 99% of call in center's that business's use. If people don't take the initiate to take the basic steps of updating their software then they are too * to help in the first place. All you do is paste the most basic crap that never fixes the underlying issue. That underlying issue is so much harder than it needs to be because of again... a LACK of LOGS. You guys are rampant across all forms providing assistance to idiots with an IQ of 10.

I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.
If you have any issues with SWBF2 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
