1.First thing to do - make sure your windows is up to date
2.Updating your device drivers https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/finding-devices-and-updating-drivers/ (especially the audio drivers, download the latest driver)
EX:
I got a solution, vvery similar to yours, but it saves you having to wear headphones.
I plugged a set of phono headphones directly into the MICROPHONE socket on the front of my PC. They just hang there, don't interfere with my sound, and I don't need to wear the phones.
Similarly to yours, if I unplug them mid-game, it crashes.
Thanks!

3.Make sure you don't have any MSI Gaming App or Riva Tuner installed in your machine. If you have this in your computer, you must uninstall them.
4.After you finish doing the above steps, restart your machine.
5.Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
Go in Origin / My Game Library -right clcik on game icon select Repair.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
