Battlefront 2 data transfer to Battlefront 2 Elite edition?

I’ve had Battlefront 2 ever since it came out, as it came with my ps4, and I have high level characters and weapons and accessories. I also bought the celebration edition to get all the skins. I also unlocked the Farmboy and Princess skins. However, I just bought Battlefront 2 Elite Edition, in order to gain Kylo Ren’s and Rey’s The Last Jedi skins. The only way to get them was to preorder or get the Elite edition. I wondered if I put the  Elite Edition disc into my ps4, will all have my skins, credits, weapons, character levels and more be transferred to the Elite Edition?
