STILL NO FIX FOR THE LOST DUPLICATES CREDITS?WHERE ARE ALL MY EARNED DUPLICATE CREDITS GONE? I WANT THEM BACK ! NOW !

IF THAT WON‘T GET FIXED BF2 WAS THE LAST EA TITLE I BOUGHT FOR EVER !

As most will recognize the date as Valentine's Day February 14th 2018 also should appreciate that it has now been three months since SWBF2 was online and playable. And in three more days, it will be 90 days since this problem started.- Anonymous8 years ago
I just can‘t understand how such an error can be ignored by EA for so long and for many users.

I agree with @mysweetescape13. It's getting more and more difficult to lie to myself that I am having fun playing this game. I have tried to just push through some milestones to distract myself from the overall weight of this duplicate issue. I have friends who have given up because of this error. I do feel like we are totally forgotten here. Aren't we just as important as any other section of the gaming public? I got on today hoping beyond hope that this error was fixed. To get a "secret" crate or whatever the hell it was called that was a measly 1000 credits. I opened up a crate and lost 1000 credits on duplicates. I am beginning to think EA has no clue how to fix this at all. I hate to say it, but even if they fix it now, the damage is done and there is no real way to fix the scar that has festered and infected my Star Wars universe.

And we have been posting the most, @Paodok about every single issue, this being the top one. I even did the unthinkable, just to solve this horrible disaster. I opened a new email account, configured that new email account by joining Xbox Live. And if you look at KryptoSpeedster, I have associated this new account with a new EA Access account adding it to , well you already know since I have mentioned it so bloody much I have only played one game "STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II ELITE TROOPER DELUXE EDITION with this account.
So since then I purchased a BRAND NEW XBOX ONE X.. and it gets worse.
So with this brand new Star Wars Battlefront II Deluxe Trooper Edition, I installed the entire program first. Then I restarted my XBOX ONE X, Then I downloaded and installed the updates which took three hours, which was only 16.4Gb on a 100mbps fiber optic Internet Service Provider. So I started playing and yet I get hit with 18 separate glithes, bugs, and report them to EA, which does nothing.
But for the past week, dealing with (0x8027025a) with no help from EA.. except one comment from a community manager who told me to get lens cleaner. Of which I was extremely angry and frustrated that EA would even suggest such a thing. Does anyone "actually" read the posts at all, I mean seriously!
And another hour wasted from EA Help over chat, I mean this person is of such a low tier, in my opinion was not qualified to be in a call center to help anyone. So finally I am over it! This morning with about 50 pages of documentation, I screamed and yelled at a Microsoft Specialist since I was so angry I had no other choice but to return this, all because of one single game.
I am so over it.
